Global

Global commands work in every activated server regardless of plugin configuration - they are how you check the bot is alive and find your way to the dashboard, docs and support.

Setup checklist

There is no plugin block to enable. Run the following smoke test after inviting the bot or after changing command permissions:

1. Run !ping with the configured prefix and confirm the bot answers.
2. Run !help or !docs and confirm its links use the expected HepBoat brand.
3. Run !about to confirm the bot identity.
4. If prefix commands work, optionally opt the desired global commands in on the Slash Commands page and test one slash invocation.

If these commands do not answer, the problem is server activation, channel visibility, the prefix, a global or local blacklist, or the bot connection. It is not a missing plugin block.

Arguments in {curly braces} are required. Arguments in [square brackets] are optional.

/help	How to get help with the bot.
/dashboard	Link to the configuration dashboard.
/global-ping	Mod-only ping with shard latency detail.
